The Core Loop

Survivors win by staying alive, reading the map, and avoiding predictable movement. The Giant role wins by cutting off routes, forcing panic, and punishing isolated players.

Why VERITY Matters

The current VERITY-era rework adds and adjusts Giants, movement, perks, codes, maps, device support work, and bug fixes. That means advice should be version-dated and checked against the live build.

What Beginners Should Learn First

Start with survivor movement, hiding discipline, audio awareness, and team spacing. Once you understand how survivors escape, you will also make better decisions when playing as a Giant.
